A multinational Pharmaceutical company is looking for a dynamic and experienced LOGISTICS SPECIALIST with demonstrated experience in logistics and supply chain function with major focused on customer support, inventory management, stock control and order distribution.

Job Overview:

• Reviews stock holding to ensure inventory is in line with forecasted business.
• Liaise with purchase team to ensure stock orders are sent out as per schedule and in line with requirements to ensure local customer orders are satisfied on time.
• Provides pricing, availability and schedule information within established guidelines.
• Handle pre-approved customer returns/exchanges
• Issues pre-approved customer consignment stocks
• Serves as communication link between customers, sales and marketing staff to assure responsiveness.
• Tracks order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
• Expedites the delivery of selected orders.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service / Logistics position
• Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or FMCG industry is required
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Open to NATIVE ARABIC speaking candidate ONLY.
