Job description / Role
My client, a well know speciality and advanced materials company, who also extensively deal with oil and gas. They are looking for an individual who can provide technical assistance to customers in the refinery and petrochemical fields, including on-site intervention.
They will be expected to perform operations at our customers refineries in Middle-East & India. The role also involves performing administrative and logistic aspects including validation of orders and invoices
Key responsibilities include:
- Follow up of the sales process from the order till delivery of the product.
- Validate & invoice orders on SAP
- Revise invoices from third parties subcontracted for particular logistic jobs
- Develop new schemes of delivery to clients in the area by different methods of transportation.
- Prepare a full data base of returnable packaging at both third parties’ and clients’ sites
- He will be in charge of promoting the usage of returnable packaging that is provided to its customers. Also he shall explain to customers how to use properly these packagings
- Achieve the objectives assigned by business units concerned.
- Perform technical operations at customers’ sites
- Report regularly the performed operations.
- Ensure SAP figures being coherent with reality
Requirements
Requirements:
- All prospective candidates must have a degree (or equivalent) either in chemistry or chemical related subject
- Must have good command of written and spoken Arabic and English. French is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and sales – closing skill
- Good level of computer skills
- At least 1-2 years experience in sales
