Job description / Role
- Monitor each shipment and book the delivery appointment in the delivery appointment database;
- Retrieve shipment data from various tracking system, post the most up to date status to the master shipment status tracker on a daily basis and update the customer;
- Monitor transportation flows and supplier compliance;
- Monitor ship date requirements, delivery day requirements, and daily shipments Track&Trace;
- Report and analyze Supplier Non-Compliance, initiating and supporting root cause analysis and conducting corrective action follow-up;
- Provide shipping frequency analysis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends;
- Establish regular meetings with the client to review the international Track&Trace performance;
- Banking Documents controlling – Checkbook, LC’s and Guarantees.
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics or Business Management;
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Logistics and Shipment Operations;
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent interpersonal communication;
- Ability to prioritize work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment;
- Able to work flexible hours when required;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and advanced user of Management Software;
- Fluent in English.
