The RoleThe RoleOur client, a large retail company,is looking members in its loss prevention team in Dubai. The primary responsibility of the job incumbent is to establish and exceed loss prevention financial targets for all the business concepts, territories including warehousing operations. The position/s will provide high quality service for internal and external customers and commit to meet customer expectations. Developing Loss Prevention strategies with the customer in mind and working with the store team to identify and react to out of stocks and known stolen data will be the key focus area of this role. |
RequirementsRequirementsSuitable candidates must possess atleast 10-12 years of investigative experience within the Retail Industry and a proven ability to synthesize data and identify fraudulent activity. The job incumbent must have expert knowledge and experience of operational characteristics and activities of loss prevention program. Candidates should have experience of setting up Loss Prevention Department and defining loss prevention strategy and policy and procedures for all the business concepts. |
