The RoleThe Role• Assist all departments in implementing solutions to reduce expenses as they relate to shrink costs, • Set out standard procedures in workplaces as they relate to protecting inventory, cash, capital and human resources, • Responsible for contributing to store profitability by achieving company shrink goals, • Ensuring a safe and secured environment for both customers and employees, • Act as the Line Manager for In-store Security Supervisors, ensuring that the team delivers Loss Prevent KPI's & implement corporate strategies, • Loss Prevention training for Security Personnel, Store Management & Employees, • Visit stores as required to carry out Loss Prevention Reviews, • Act as Line Manager for all in store Security Officer's both internal & external. |
