Employment: Full Time

My client is a prestigious organization seeking a Loyalty Program Account Director to essentially drive new marketing campaigns and ensure the loyalty programs exceed financial and customer satisfaction targets within the Aviation industry. The Account Director will support the development and management of the Airline Loyalty. The role is Dubai based, but will require regular travel to Riyadh

The Role
- Develop, execute and Direct new customer loyalty initiatives while partnering with other departments to put programs into operation, measure success and manage results for ongoing program enhancements
- Drive new and unique existing customer programs to enhance the customer experience across all touch points.
- Develop, recommend and manage campaigns to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with key business partners to evolve existing relationships and introduce new customer programs and initiatives that support strategic objectives
- Evaluate the performance of initiatives and strategies including on-going review of campaigns and trends.
- Develop executive - level summaries to capture results and recommendations for presentation to high level decision makers in order to gain approval for project implementation.

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years pears of Loyalty program experience ideally in the sector client or agency side
- Other loyalty program experience considered
- Demonstrable loyalty sector expertise and thought leadership
- Evidence of strong team leadership
- Strong analytical skills; excellent project management skills
- Strong presentation skills and experience, presenting at the highest level
- Proven success in leading cross functional teams
- Demonstrable creative and strategic thinking
