Loyalty CRM Manager

Job description / Role

Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Manager of a multi-national health-care organisation, the Loyalty Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of a regional loyalty program for a consumer health-care brand. The Loyalty CRM manager for ME&A, will have to work closely with the communications and customer Service team and externally with the activation agencies.

General day-to-day activities include:

Designing and building the loyalty program.

Partnering and briefing the ATL/BTL agencies for the communications collateral. Develop the communications of the program including the membership card, enrollment forms, in-store signage and digital interface

Organize the program logistics in a timely manner.

Managing & executing the loyalty program points system, rewards, communications, alerts, updates.

Developing, evolving, maintaining and analyzing the customer data base

Integrate online interactive social media technologies with tradition public affairs and communication.

Managed the events program; plan, organize events, co-ordinate with the suppliers and logistics for successful events.

The successful candidate will be a native Arabic speaker, who is currently a Brand Manager or a Loyalty specialist. You will have a good mix of online and offline marketing experience and ideally come from a multi-national company with exposure to consumer marketing.
