Job description / Role
An exciting role to drive new and dynamic marketing initiatives, to interact with functional areas by managing cross functional teams and processes to assure that the Loyalty programs they manage exceed financial and customer and client satisfaction targets.
THE ROLE
• Develop, execute and manage new customer loyalty initiatives while partnering with other departments to put programs into operation, measure success and manage results for ongoing program enhancements.
• Drive new and unique existing customer programs to enhance the customer experience across all touch points.
• Develop, recommend and manage campaigns to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with key business partners to evolve existing relationships and introduce new customer programs and initiatives that support strategic objectives
• Evaluate the performance of initiatives and strategies including on-going review of campaigns and trends. Develop executive –level summaries to capture results and recommendations for presentation to high level decision makers in order to gain approval for project implementation.
• The role will be supported with Account Executive resource but the Account manager will be expected to deliver from idea to implementation with minimal delegation.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
• Minimum 3-5 years of Loyalty program experience ideally in the retail and airline sectors client or agency side
• Other loyalty program experience considered
• Strong analytical skills; excellent project management skills
• Strong presentation skills and experience
• Proven success in leading cross functional team
• Demonstrable creative and strategic thinking

• Ability to work under pressure
• Manage project details while balancing multiple priorities
• Ability to improve the project and procedures upon historical performances
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must hold a university degree
