Employment: Full Time

Working for a multinational leader in loyalty, the Loyalty Program Account Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, executing and managing loyalty programs and campaigns for clients in the retail & hospitality sectors in close coordination with other departments
- Manage strong relations with key clients and advise on new loyalty initiatives to support their business objectives
- Evaluate the performance of executed campaigns and present results to key stakeholders in the business

Requirements

- Loyalty program experience in the retail, hospitality and/or airlines sectors; both agency and client-side experience will be considered
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent project management skills
- The ability to successfully manage cross-functional teams and clients
