Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A leading luxury Brands Company is recruiting for a Loyalty Programme Manager to head the loyalty programme division. This position reports into the Retail Director and it is based in Dubai

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing the Loyalty Programme.
Coordinating with different departments.
Coordinating with external parties/customers.
Follow-up with customers of the programme.
Monitor and control the loyalty programme in the company.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following skills and attributes:

3-5 years of experience in the same field.
Designing, creating, maintaining Loyalty Programme for big organisations.
Excellent knowledge of creating/designing a suitable loyalty programme suitable to the company.
Leadership qualities with good analytical skills.
Proficient in computer applications like MS Office and other required skills for the position.
Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and Written)
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree as qualification.
