Loyalty and CRM Manager

A leading multi-national healthcare organisation is urgently seeking a Loyalty and CRM Manager. The position will be reporting into the Consumer Marketing Manager and the Loyalty and CRM Manager will have responsibility for the development, execution and maintenance of the regional loyalty program for a consumer healthcare brand. The role will span the Middle East andAfricaregion, and consequently fluency in Arabic is essential, with a further preference for French speakers.

This Loyalty and CRM Manager will be responsible for:
* Designing and growing the loyalty program in accordance with strategy
* Liaising closely with and briefing the ATL/BTL agencies regarding communications collateral
* Developing the communications collateral, in partnership with the agencies and internal teams, including membership card, enrolment forms, in-store signage and digital interface
* Efficiently and effectively organising the programs logistics
* Developing, evolving, maintaining and analysing the customer database
* Integrating online interactive social media technologies with traditional public affairs and communications
* Planning and executing an events program, through coordination with internal teams, suppliers and logistics

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following:
*Experience as a loyalty specialist or Brand Manager within a leading regional or multinational healthcare/FMCG environment
*Strong online and offline marketing experience
*Exposure to consumer focused marketing
*Native Arabic speaker, in addition to fluency in English
*Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team, alongside strong leadership skills
*Undergraduate degree or equivalent
