Job description / Role
An established luxury retail group is seeking a multi brand Boutique Manager to manage the day-to-day running and operations of their Boutique in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities;
- Managing and motivating the team to increase sales, ensure efficiency and a high level of customer service
- Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales
- Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organising training and development
- Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
- Maintaining and developing relationships with VIP customers in the Abu Dhabi region
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience working within a retail company
- Luxury experience is an advantage
- Experience dealing with high net worth Arab consumers
- Applicants must be fluent in Arabic
- GCC experience is is preferred
