Job description / Role
A large, luxury department store based in Dubai is keen to hire a luxury Cosmetics and Fragrance Concession Manager to lead a team of 60+ beauty consultants, management teams and promoters across a multi-branded high turnover product range.
Day to day, you will be responsible for;
• Meet and exceed sales targets through consistently delivering excellent customer service and leading by example on the sales floor
• Actively recruit, train, and develop a team of 60+
• Maximise sales promotions and brand activities
• Work in partnership with brands to ensure that brand BC’s adhere to Department Store standards of customer service, grooming, conduct and comply strictly to the scheduled agreed.
• Through analysis of available dates, identify and action the target areas of business improvement.
• Ensure that the store’s merchandising, visual standards and housekeeping are consistently high.
• Manage store stock levels to ensure correct and maximum availability of product at all times.
• Minimize the risk of stock loss, by ensuring goods received/dispatched, discrepancies/brand counts, etc, are all carried out effectively, in accordance with group policy.
• Plan and manage annual stock takes and monthly brand counts as required.
• Ensure all administrative and procedural responsibilities are carried out and are managed in line with company guidelines.
Requirements
Our client is looking for strong experience within the Cosmetics industry, excellent leadership skills and proven Management skills leading large teams of 40+ within either a Department Store or multi-sited locations. You must have excellent communications skills, be very presentable, and have experience in working in multi-cultural environments.
