Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious French luxury brand who is looking to hire an Arabic speaking Flagship Store Manager to join their team in Kuwait.
As the Flagship Store Manager you will report to the Senior Retail Manager. You will be responsible for conducting sales analysis, following up on market trends and monitoring the activity of competitors. You will propose ways to improve the business including store merchandising, opening hours and product mix. You will also be responsible for customer services, identifying potential customer needs and using initiatives to meet and ensure consistency in customer service delivery as well as handling all complaints. Additionally, you will be in charge of stock management, general operations, merchandising and liaising with different departments.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 4 years experience in retail shop management within luxury fashion. You should be presentable, possess commercial and luxury flair and have the ability to manage a large team. You should also be dynamic, diplomatic and have excellent communication skills. It is essential you have a luxury background and are fluent in Arabic.
