The RoleThe RoleMD of Investment Banking – Egypt Leading Investment Bank in the GCC are looking for a experienced MD for the new branch in Egypt. AS Managing Director Investment Banking (Egypt) Based in Cairo and reporting directly to the Chief Executive of Investment Banking you will be given full autonomy to develop this greenfield operation. Responsible for developing and implementing the strategy to establish the bank in Egypt. Source and execute investment banking transactions and meet investment banking revenue goals. Develop and maintain corporate relationships with the decision makers from corporates . Responsible for the hire and development of Investment team. Ideal candidates will be preferable to educated to MBA with excellent command of both English and Arabic. Extensive Investment Banking experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, IPO, DCM. Candidates will need to have proven track record in manage a team of Investment bankers. Currently work as Director/MD with a recognized bank for the past 3 years. Investment banking experience of GCC particularly Egypt is an advantage. |
