ME Telecom Site Survey Manager

Job description / Role

Our Client a multinational networking and telecommunications equipment and services company is the largest telecommunications equipment maker in the world. They are currently looking for a Telecom site survey manager to join their team in Bahrain.

Job Summary:

1. Responsible for analyzing and enhancing the telecom survey and design procedures and organization constructions , optimize the telecom survey design roles responsibilities, promote the telecom survey and design organization deployment in representatives, realize the whole organization performance as requirement for Middle East region;

2. Guides and Supports project as requirement for integrating site survey and design (including TE site survey and design, civil engineering design ,energy system and outsourcing products design) in Middle East region, support project to build the telecom survey and design team including team roles responsibilities?organization operation mechanism, procedure and tools etc based on the project requirement, analyze the human resource requirement for project survey and design team, fix feasible technical site survey report(TSSR) template, summary template, auxiliary materials requirement BOQ template;

3. Responsible for the availability and economy of site integration design Solution review for Middle East region.

4. Responsible for streamline the human resource analysis?arrangement and management including subcontractors and staffs of telecom survey and design for Middle East region;

5. Responsible for IT tools construction of telecom survey and design like site information database for Middle East region;

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

1. At least bachelor degree for relevant telecom communication?computer, electronic field, Professional Networks and communication knowledge in one of related to telecommunication (GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, and LTE), Understand technical principles of mainstream products (Wireless Network/Optical Network/Core Network), and familiar with operating principles, product structure, and relevant installation processes of a certain series of products, and risks during engineering delivery. Be able to put forward feasible delivery suggestions.

2. More than 8 years work experience in relevant telecom survey and design field, especially with experience in site survey and integrated design of wireless?transmission?energy and civil work field;

3. With abundant subcontractors management experience;

4. Be able to collect and manage the site information and with the design and management experience of the IT system of site information database?

5. With project management experience;

6. Good communication skills and Be able to effectively coordinate upstream and downstream departments to carry out their work and achieve the overall project objectives.;

7. Be familiar with the office software like word, excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and relevant drawing design software and tools etc;

8. Be able to endure the work pressure;

9. Capable to travel in different Country depends on the requirements
