Position: MEP Commercial Manager - MEP Contractor – KSA – Mega building project
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
QAR 65,000 - 75,000 per month + Annual return flights & Private Medical
Work for a world’s leading MEP contractor on a mega development and further expand your commercial manager career.
This role will be based in Saudi Arabia and will offer the opportunity to work on one of the largest projects in the Gulf region on going at the moment.
As the MEP commercial manager you will be overseeing a large team of senior quantity surveyors for a land mark 3 Billion QAR high rise building project. Your duties will include financial reporting, supply chain management as well as liaising with the client and other sub-contractors. This role will feature a strong portion of post contract claims analysis and will require someone who is focused and driven who can deliver on the client’s expectations.

Requirements

If you are suitable for the next step in progressing your career you will possesses the following attributes;
- Degree Qualified
- Experience as a senior MEP QS or MEP commercial Manager
- Experience working with a main/MEP contractor on buildings projects
- Experience of delivering complex contracts
- Experience working within the GCC
-Ideally RICS accredited.
