Job description / Role
A leading international engineering contractor is seeking to recruit an MEP Construction Manager for a role based in Doha, Qatar. You will be based on-site at a large metro project leading a team of engineers and managing the MEP construction activities for the project. You will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning and supervision of the MEP aspects of the metro lines and stations. You will report to the Senior Construction Manager and Project Director.
Requirements
To apply, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Have an outstanding track record working as an MEP Construction Manager in the Middle East.
- Have an established background working on large rail and metro projects.
- Have a predominantly contractor and on-site biased background.
- Have excellent communication and management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
