Job description / Role
We are looking for a number 1 MEP Designer to work on 2 month contract in Dubai.

Job Role
- MEP Design Manager
- You will be the number one lead MEP Designer on the Dubai Metro
- Overseeing all responsibility for Shop drawings and designs
- Responsible for Planning of all MEP works
- Coordinate the MEP project execution works from design to finish
- You will lead the technical coordination meetings with subcontractors and project staff
- You manage a team of MEP (electromechanical) engineers and make sure to follow up deadlines closely
- You interface between all electromechanical and civil works
Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be EU nationality
- Must have 10 years experience with a minimum of 5 years on Metro or Rail
- Must have a strong Mechanical & Electrical background
- Experience in a managerial role
- Solid experience working for a contractor
- Extensive hands on experience in testing & commissioning building services equipment
- Must be from a main contractor background not a consultancy
- Must have Middle East experience
- Must have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
