MEP Design Manager

Job description / Role

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will be a key player in this already successful multi-disciplinary design consultancy. Ready to manage a large team of engineers, and drive and deliver large projects not exclusively, but largely within the Healthcare Sector - you will be a design expert who is able to oversee and lead the design to a high standard and within the project time-frame.

THE ROLE
- Managing a large team of MEP design engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on schedule
- Delivering large and complex Healthcare Projects

Requirements

- Fifteen years experience in MEP Design, at least four where you have been leading teams of designers
- Solid experience in design for complex Healthcare Projects
- Degree qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a further qualification desirable
- Ability to lead and manage teams and oversee design
- Previous experience contributing to the bid design stage
- Ability to deliver design projects from concept to completion
