Job description / Role
Coordinate and supervise all mechanical, electrical and plumbing works.
Monitoring progress of the MEP works for compliance with schedule and quality control.
Obtain and manage client approval on systems and installations.
Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.
Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
Coordination MEP design and RFI's between consultants and contractors
Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
Attending MEP coordination meetings.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Electrical/Mechanical/MEP Engineering Degree Educated
Minimum of 5 years experience in villa projects, experience working in the Gulf is preferred
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities
Knowledge in reading and understanding architectural, structural and MEP Services drawings.
Advanced computer skills using AutoCAD 2007 and MS applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
