Job description / Role
• Conceptual Designs : Provide oversight and prepare, lead or advise senior
engineers/designers in the schematic / level of involvement dependent upon the project and team size.
• Quality Control / Construction Document review
Specification writing
• Site investigations, report preparation, problem solving.
• Assessor for rehabilitation activities.
• Tendering of documents, BOQ
• Lead construction administration efforts
• Staff mentoring, training and design assistance
• Client technical support and meeting attendance.
• Technical standards development and support.
• Business development assistance.
Requirements
Experience / Qualifications / Requirements
• 10 yrs industry experience.
• BS Engineering discipline
• Strong communications skills- written and verbal
• Computer literate
• Primavera literate-planning and execution.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering design efforts from concept through
project closeout.
• Methodical and accurate attention to detail.
