Job description / Role
A leading Property Developer is seeking to recruit a highly experienced professional MEP engineer with the charisma to inspire and lead a design team of MEP Consultants in delivering a services upgrade design for a major shopping mall in Dubai effective immediately.
The scope of the role will cover Scope of Works, MEP design and Installation with emphasis on electrical systems to Internationally recognised codes of practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has the capability both in management and technical expertise.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will come with previous experience of working in a Shopping center environment and also have the following:
- Recognised degree from major University specialising in MEP design and/or construction management of MEP systems.
- Professional registration highly regarded.
- Team player with proven ability to obtain the best from both design consultants and installation contractors by displaying a lead from the front attitude.
