The RoleThe RoleMEP Estimator This is for a large M & E Facilities Management Company – which is based on a global Level. They specialize in providing Facilities Management the Electrical, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Fire Fighting industry to their huge portfolio of clients and they now require an MEP Estimator. You will ideally have a Degree or a Diploma in a relevant field along with some previous experience as an MEP Estimator and you will have gained previous experience in Qatar as local knowledge is vital.You will need to be able to Estimate the entire packages for all their projects which will include commercial, residential, sports facilities and hotels. You will ideally have gained some previous experience of estimating with a previous building services or Facilities Management Company and have the ability to understand specifications, drawings and deal with suppliers and subcontractor's quotations.The rewards are huge in a country that is fast expanding and untouched by the world’s economy – they are in the boom stages of the countries huge construction phase. In addition you will be joining a fantastic company and some of the most supportive Managers who are interested in making you welcome and helping you improve and fast track your career. You must have the NOC to work in Qatar and this is a position for someone who knows the area well. |
