Job description / Role
A leading property Developer is seeking to recruit an experienced MEP Inspector. Key aspects of the role will include
Supervise Contractors/consultants inspections on site
Quality Control and quality assurance
Perform Random inspection on site
Witness testing and commissioning. Comments if any major defaults
Report to engineer any technical problems or any issues relating to the coordination
Read, understand and ensure drawings are being implemented on site
Supervise the work done by contractors, Foreman & Charge-Hand
Induction Training of labours, as and when required
Requirements
Professional Qualifications
8 – 10 years experience at a construction firm, preferably in the Gulf region
Good communication skills (oral/written)
Sound knowledge of construction activities
Educational Qualifications
Graduate or (Diploma-holder) from a reputable educational institution.
