MEP Manager MEP Services and Utilities - Doha

Responsible for the design review and planning, management and execution of various works associated with major plant, district cooling, Waste Water, pump stations, SCADA, Building Services, Sub Stations including consideration of operational and maintenance activities associated with site wide activities.
Review Drawing, reports and specifications submitted by the design consultants for each listed Utility at each design stage.
Management of vendors and negotiating with them to come up with best services and most value engineered solution.
Provide Direction and Management for all related issues connected to Testing and Commissioning
Ensure Contractor and consultant compliance to the client specifications.
Plan, Organise and Supervise all works in line with Construction Program Schedule.
Prograss and Project Management of each scheme design and deliverables in construction stages.
Conduct regular meetings with the consultants and client to ensure compliance and program schedule
Construction work and commissioning completion and successfully hand over to the client covering all aspects of Utilities from MEP, MEP Systems, Pump Stations, Electrical Sub Stations and Treatemnt Plants.
Negotiations with Government Bodies and agencies.
Review & approval of T/ C works, Budgets, contract documents for payments, as built drawings & documents.
Risk assessments of Testing and Commissioning works
Final Approvals and sigh offs.

Requirements

Degree in MEP Engineering
15 years experience in large scale MEP Systems and infrastructure
Strong MEP Systems and Infrastructure Design.
Experience of major projects including, District Cooling, Sewage plants, Sub Stations, Power, Drainage, SCADA
