The RoleThe RoleMEP Manager – Duties and Responsibilities Supervises the review and approval of all proposed electromechanical systems and equipment by the Consultant; communicates and coordinates these processes with the client. Manages the review by the Consultant of the Contractor submittals and RFIs; verifies the adequacy of the response and inter-disciplinary input prior to return to the Contractor. Assists in the validation of testing and commissioning, start-up, record drawings and post-occupancy evaluations; communicates and coordinates this process with the client. Supervises the coordination process of training in the operation and maintenance of electromechanical systems by the client and resort staff. Supervises the handover process of As Built Drawings, O&M Manuals and related Systems Material Submittals to the client |
RequirementsRequirementsPREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: - 4-year degree in Engineering (or related field) - 8-10 years of related work experience. - Supervisory experience preferred - Professional Engineer registration is preferred. |
