The RoleThe RoleExecutive Solutions has an urgent requirement for an MEP Manager based in Abu Dhabi for the client, an international interior fit-out company. Head quartered in London, our client deals mainly with fit out for prestigious office refurbishments. The MEP Manager will serve as the senior site representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance and document compliance of mechanical works. |
RequirementsRequirementsPreference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: • Monitoring the mechanical works for conformance with the provisions of the Contract Documents and the Procedures manual. • Overseeing the review and approval process for all mechanical technical submittals. • Coordination and supervision of the work of all mechanical activities and operations. • Liaison with local authorities and ministerial agencies. • Reviewing contractors’ claims related to mechanical works. • Preparation of recommendations on claims - approval or rejection. Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. |
