Job description / Role
An established Fit Out and Interiors company based in Dubai are looking for an MEP Manager with strong experience in the UAE market to manage multiple high quality projects across the UAE.
The successful candidate must be used to overseeing 5-12 ongoing projects with a value between AED 160m - AED 180m and will be based heavily in the office to achieve this although regular site visits will be required.
Requirements
- Candidates must have good experience within the UAE market.
- A minimum of 10 years experience overall is required.
- Mechanical degree.
- Consultancy background.
- HVAC design background.
- Must have experience with testing and commissioning.
- Must be able to conduct thorough site inspections.
- Comfortable overseeing 5-12 ongoing projects.
- LEED awareness.
- Salary AED 25,000 - AED 28,000 depending on experience.
