MEP Production Manager - MEP Modular Services Facility

Job description / Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join our MEP Modular Services Division. We are currently looking for an experienced Production Manager (Multiservice MEP Modules) who is not afraid to regularly get their hands dirty. The position will be reporting to Project Manager.

Job responsibilities include:
- Production scheduling to maintain consistent supply of modules.
- Motivating and increasing productivity within the team.
- Effectively allocating work and resources.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Responsible for maintaining highest standards of safety and adherence to QA/QC requirements.
- Managing production and dispatch.

Requirements

- Should have experience overseeing the manufacturing of Multi-service MEP Modules in a factory environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or other related engineering field desirable.
- Proven record in planning, organising and leading a diverse labour force.
- Financial understanding of budgets and cost controls.
- Demonstrated time management and problem solving skills.
- Team player with a strong commitment to health and safety.
