MEP Project Director - Egpyt - International Main Contractor
AED 55 - 65,000 AED / USD 15 - 20,000 per month plus flights + medical
A leading top 10 international main contractor are looking for a Project Director for their MEP division. This role would be based in Egypt managing high value projects including industrial, residential and commercial developments. Reporting to the area manager with several project managers reporting to you this position is for an experienced professional who is looking for the next stage in their MEP career.
Communication is a key aspect of this position and as you are based in Egypt, fluency in Arabic is essential. You will also be expected to have worked on projects featuring a value in excess of 600 Million AED previously. Confidence in contractual issues is also a prerequisite.
Requirements
- 15 - 20 years experience
- BSc in engineering preferably Civil.
- Previous experience working with a leading international MEP subcontractor
- Experience of delivering complex major projects within the GCC
- Fluent in Arabic (essential)
