MEP Project Manager - City Management - CFC - AFGRE - Cairo - Egypt

Spanning 3 million square metres Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.

We are seeking to hire a MEP Project Manager with an extensive project management experience to be part of the City Management team. You will ensure the execution of MEP projects within Cairo Festival City, your job responsibilities will be including and not limited to the following:
* Operation and Maintenance of Water pump stations that supply potable and irrigation water to the water tanks.
* Operation and maintenance of Water tanks ( Potable and Irrigation ) - Preventive maintenance of pumps , Filters ,water hammers, MDP and measurement device.
* Operation and Maintenance of Irrigation pumps - managing the irrigation program and times need for each area for water saving during summer and winter season.
* Supervision on Water Treatment Plants (STP) - operation and maintenance of Lift Stations that supply drainage and sewage to the STP for treatment.
* Operation and Maintenance of water recirculation pumps - water floating fountains which installed on the lagoon and lakes for water treatment reasons.
* Operation and Maintenance of Switch gears with capacity not less than 13 MV.
* Operation and maintenance of no of transformers not less of 40 ,each with a capacity 1.5 MV.
* Operation and maintenance of street lighting poles not less than 1000 lighting poles with lamp power 400 watt &150 watt.
* Operation and maintenance of power panels (MDP , Pillars, Multi use ) for sizable projects.
* Operation and maintenance of Potable water networks.
* Roads maintenance ( Housekeeping - Road marking - Signage maintenance - Curb stone maintenance - garbage collection ).
* Operation and maintenance of irrigation water networks.
* Operation and maintenance of Storm drainage networks and manholes.
* Operation and maintenance of Sewage networks and manhole.
* Operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
* Operation and maintenance of lighting system.
* Operation and maintenance of Plumbing system.
* Handle all clients request ( Pest Control , housekeeping and civil work requests).
* Operation and Maintenance of swimming pools and swimming spot - preventive maintenance of pumps , filters , heater , MDP , lighting - water treatment using chemicals to adjust the water quality to be in the standards range ( controlling the quality of water with a volume net less than 10000 m3 per day ).
* Reporting management by objectives (MBO's) for direct reporters.
* Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to supervise and evaluate the performance of the service providers to reach the target that satisfy clients' needs.
* Establish the annual Preventive Maintenance Plan that linked to MBO's.
* Establish the annual budget that linked to annual plan.
* Establish the suitable Scope of Work for the service providers to cover all services on site to keep the assets in safe and good conditions.
* Prepare the data required to be used in the ISOP program (Managing Assets Program).

Requirements

Minimum Experience:
* Not less than 8 years of experience in MEP with minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
* Extensive experience with a developer is preferable.
* Supervisory experience in the construction, maintenance and repair of commercial buildings; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Minimum Education:
* Bachelor of EngineeringHolder. Architecture, structural, civil or mechanical disciplines.

Job-Specific Skills:

* Excellent MS Office skills.
