The RoleThe RoleOur client are a leading construction firm who for decades have been the leaders in the construction field with many prestigious projects completed and a pipeline of outstanding projects both here in the UAE and across the Middle East. You will need to co-ordinate management of the MEP construction activities including all technical submittals process in association with the consultants and client requirements. Provide technical support to construction activities, as directed by the Project Director and identify best practice and standardisation for MEP works. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will be a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering professional preferably having at least 10 years experience with a minimum 5 years as a Project Manager. You will need to demonstrate the ability to read, understand drawings, specifications and contract documents, display knowledge of the overall construction processes and operating practices in the GCC area and be able to prepare and present at all levels. Your project experience will reflect experience in High Rise, Hotels, Shopping Complexes and Hospitals. Opportunities to work throughout the GCC & Egypt are available and can be discussed at interview stage. A competitive salary + benefits will be negotiated with the successful candidate. All candidates must be able to obtain an NOC from their current employer if currently working in the UAE and wishing to stay in the UAE. |
