MEP Project Manager

Job description / Role

This client, who are a large very reputable class A contractor are currently engaged on a massive $billion housing project in Ruwais.

The project has only recently kicked off and has 3 years to run, with this in mind they are currently setting up their core team and currently require a strong MEP Project Manager to join their team.

Requirements

As the MEP Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of all MEP elements for the project, within the timeline and budget. Working in accordance with the project schedule and the procurement schedule you will need to ensure your MEP team are fully aware of what is needed to complete this project.

You will manage your team through weekly meetings to evaluate the project completion against the baseline, also to prepare look ahead plan's to catch up any slippages.

Due to the location of this project it would suit those on single status

Requirements
- Degree Qualified
- 8+ years experience
- Experienced on Villa or Precast projects
- Previous experience on ADNOC, ZADCO, GASCO client projects
