Job description / Role
My client is an award winning consultancy that has an impressive portfolio of a variety of projects.
They have newly been awarded a major education scheme amongst a number of residential projects.
This role is not job specific.
The role requires you to be Client facing with design development and cost control. You will also be responsible for group wide tenders and proposals, working directly with consultants, architects and local authorities.
Requirements
I am seeking a candidate that has the following:
Degree in Building Services, Project Management, Mechanical and Electrical.
Currently in the GCC.
Available to start by Feb1st.
Previously worked for a consultancy or a developer.
