The RoleThe RoleMEP Project Manager – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Salary Neg Our client is a leading MEP contractor with a growing global presence. They require an MEP Project Manager to lead the team on a mixed use commercial, multi million dollar project in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh). Candidates should have experience on similar mixed use developments and the ability to lead a team on large scale projects. The scope of the work will encompass HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Manager for a reputable organization 5 (ideally with a specialist MEP contractor). Candidates should also have successfully started and completed at least 2-3 projects of a value of +100M and be able to provide references from previous employers. RequirementsRequirementsRequirements: Degree qualified or multiple years (8-12) experience Detailed MEP Project management experience in the UAE with hands on knowledge of prices, rates and contract procedures Knowledge of all building services (HVAC, Elec, Plumbing etc) Full financial responsibility/Budget Management experience Worked on projects +100M Have successfully started and completed projects Ability to develop and deliver presentations Good communicator Good written and spoken English |
