Job description / Role
Our client are considered to be one of the regions leading MEP contarctors and they are actively seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor for a prestigious mega project in Qatar.
Your duties will include:
- High level (elemental format; measurement and pricing of estimates based on Feasibility / Outline Design)
- Detailed (elemental format; measurement and pricing of estimates based on Detailed Design)
- Cash flow Forecasting
- Presenting Estimates and Procurement Reports to management
Requirements
- Must possess a relevant Degree qualification.
- MRICS Qualification would be an advantage
- 8-10 years minimum experience
- Previous working experience in the Middle East would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication Skills
- Experience in Hotels, Residential, Office, and Retail is desired
