MEP Quantity Surveyor
Client Profile:
Our client is a major Saudi Arabian Building Contractor who employs a significant number of western expats on their projects in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Established for over 40 years they have constructed many high profile projects in the Kingdom in the commercial, residential and medical sectors.
They are currently commencing a new multibillion dollar landmark project in the Kingdom.
Position: MEP Quantity Surveyor
Duties:
Preparing and monitoring cost and revenue budgets, compilation of interim valuations, financial reporting, identification of and pricing variations, Performing tasks such as sub-contractor procurement, estimating, formulating claims, preparing and agreeing final accounts on various sections
Conditions:
For the successful candidate the company will provide accommodation with numerous amenities.

Requirements
Requirements:
Experience in MEP and Middle Eastern experience required for consideration
10 years practical experience.
Third level qualification.
Main Contractor Experience
Experience on Mega projects an advantage
