MEP Senior Project Manager Data Centres

MEP Data centre experience in the Pre and post contract Delivery of such facilities.
Responsible for delivering and managing service excellence in project management solutions.
Clear and sound understanding of MEP design and installation innovation of service and knowledge with a particular focus on MEP issues.
Deliver projects with the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.
Provide support to the Team Leader / Service Leaders in Client interface, and manage multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering large sized projects, and professional assignments with a particular focus on MEP issues.
Mission Critical experience, particularly in Testing & Commissioning and Project Close out from a PMC perspective.
Ideally experienced working with major Developers (Quasi Government),
Be able to demonstrate experience with Authority Approvals (ADDC/ADDSC/DU/Etisalat/Estidama) etc.

Requirements

Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/ Building Services/ CIBSE
15 years + in MEP Project Management
GCC experience of 3 years plus
Major MEP /IT Integration experience for Data Centres and facilities,
Chartered status ideally, CIBSE
