Job description / Role
Dubai Sports City is now in the process of rapidly expanding its FM Business and seeks a well qualified and experienced MEP Supervisor for its operations.
The ideal candidate will currently be working for a developer or an FM company in a similar capacity and must possess maintenance experience.
Job Accountabilities:
* Coordinating with Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing team and ensuring smooth / efficient operation of all the equipments.
* Carrying out of Periodical Preventive / Corrective Maintenance of all MEP Systems installed at Site, which include:
* Pumps,
* Motors,
* Chillers,
* Plate Heat Exchangers
* Chilled water Pressurization Unit,
* Dozing units,
* Calorifiers,
* Generators,
* Air Handling Units ,
* Fan Coil Units,
* Various Applications of Exhaust Fans,
* LV Panels,
* Fire Fighting Systems,
* CCTV,
* Access control system,
* Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants,
* Maintenance of R.O Plant,
* BMS operation and Monitoring of these all equipments.
Requirements
We are looking for a strong team player who is meticulous and accurate and who can hit the ground running with strong supervisory skills.
The ideal candidate must have:
* A Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
* At least 4 years maintenance experience in Facilities Management;
* Willingness to work on night shifts ONLY;
* Proactive and positive approach;
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English;
* Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;
* A valid U.A.E. driving license and a personal car;
Those with an NOC and who can join immediately will be given first preference.
