MEP/Hard Services Manager – Doha, Qatar – Immediate Start

Our client is a well know and established international Facilities Management Service Provider. They are active in the Middle East region and They currently seek a technically qualified Hard Services Manager in Qatar to oversee the maintenance services to large scale industrial project that will include multiple support buildings including recreational facilities, residential accommodation and office space - in addition to the facilities housing the industrial plant.
The Hard Services Manager will oversee and support all operational, corrective and preventive maintenance, health, safety and environmental performances. The Hard Services Manager will actively participate in budgetary, estimation and costing of new engineering project and tenders, whilst liaising with clients on the management and operation on the scope of the work covered by the contract. Candidates from a Facilities Management or Maintenance type background associated with Oil and Gas, Power, industrial type project or a large scale multi use property portfolio would be preferred.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma within Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services is essential.
Extensive hands on management experience.
Strong Facilities Management experience is essential.
Excellent written & spoken English.
Ability to read, interpret and understand engineering drawings.
