This is a rare opportunity for a qualified lower Primary MFL Teacher with a go-getter attitude to work in an exceptional, British curriculum school based in Dubai. The school offers world class facilities set in a modern campus in one of Dubais most prestigious new developments. The campus provides a bright, modern, well-resourced environment for their students to extend their learning. A special emphasis is placed on the integration of technology into the curriculum in keeping with the educational rationale for the school.
The position has become available due to higher than expected enrollment at the school which has led to expansion within MFL department. The successful teacher will have experience of teaching a language at primary level along with a relevant teaching qualification.
Teachers are kept at the forefront of educational developments by attending outstanding CPD training courses and also given plenty of opportunities to progress to responsibility positions. Successful applicants will be offered a 2 Year contract which can be extended at the end of the contract if you wish.
The language of instruction is English apart from languages and Arabic & Islamic Studies. Most of the pupils have a high level of English although most of the student body is made up of Emirati locals and GCC nationals.
Requirements
You will be teaching the English curriculum to mainly expats so previous experience working in a UK based or British international primary school is a must.
You must have a recognized MFL teaching qualification in a country where English is spoken as their first language and be deemed a GOOD to OUTSTANDING teacher.
