Employment: Full Time

Al-Futtaim Honda, part of the Automotive Division of Al-Futtaim Group, is the sole distributor for Honda vehicles, pre-owned cars, motorcycles, marine engines, power products and parts. Recognized as one of the largest independent Honda distribution companies in the world.

Al-Futtaim Honda is supported by a network of 10 modern showrooms and 11 aftersales facilities located across the UAE. The flagship Honda Dubai Festival City showroom was officially confirmed by Honda as the largest Honda showroom in the world.We are currently looking for an experienced MIS Executive to join our Honda Team in Dubai.

The main purpose of the role is to support the business in preparing and creating important MIS reports in order to assist Sales Management in understanding the financial, manpower and efficiency aspects of the department. The role holderis also expected to be the key person in liaising any system updates and system issues within the department.

The main responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

* Sales report by Branch and Sales Executives.

* Finance, Insurance and Product Sales reports.

* Incentive report.

* Monthly reconciliations of Sales and Collections.

* Monthly sales by model variant reports.

* Conduct SAP and Fastrack training to all new non - direct productive staff & refreshers course whenever the need arises.

* Continuous monitoring of back office processes at showrooms & present improvement plan wherever required.

* Help desk to all SAP users & resolve system related problems.

* Produce & analyse business related information & present to Senior Managers to enable them to run their business more efficiently & profitability.

* Present reports to GM Sales and Operations Manager to enable them to take strategic initiative in facility developments, pricing & manpower. Etc.

* Responsible for SAP training system enhancement & developing training material.

* Responsible for SAP system enhancement & improvements.

* Analyze data, identify gaps and present improvement plans to ensure seamless processes. and enhance sales.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following experience, skills and competencies:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum Experience: 3 years in a retail business familiar with various management reports and flair for sales. Understanding of key performance figures & it's relevance to business activity is very important.

Job-Specific Skills: Analytical, Planning, Organizing, Communication.

* Competent to use SAP System & its info structures to extract management reports.
* Competent to understand & use statistical tools like trend analysis & forecasting etc.

* Competent to use MS office particularly Excel (advanced) & Power point.
* 4 years in automotive business familiar with various management reports and flair for technology.
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Management reporting, Reports Preparation and knowledge of Automobile business.

* Sound knowledge in product, process & systems.
* Innovative & Creative.

* Good knowledge of data technology.

* Excellent knowledge of ERP system like SAP.
* Well conversant with WEB based applications.
