Job description / Role
- Reporting directly to MD
- Do Financial analysis/ Business Planning
- Preparation of monthly Projects MIS; identifying sales trends, project profitability & cash flow
- Variation and feasibilities analysis for new and existing properties.
- Supporting the MD in other financial transactions with external stakeholders like Bank, vendors
- Ensuring monthly Financial closures linked to projects
- Financial and process due diligence
Requirements
- Academically should hold a degree in finance
- Should be really strong and sharp with numbers, working with large data, MIS aspects
- Should come with a strong business acumen and understanding of UAE property market
- A Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Only from Real estate/ FMCG/ Retail industry
