The Role


This role provides essential information for statistical support and reporting to PFS. To assist the business in increasing sales by providing & analysing related MIS.
To provide all required information for PFS related Group reporting.
Use SAS to produce and improve FPS and Program reporting. Reporting function covers comprehensive planned weekly/monthly MI as well as ad-hoc MI.
Maintain and improve on current database and processes used to perform the PFS reporting / analyses.

By leveraging the available systems, to manage and produce all relevant MIS to the weekly and monthly PFS reports, which includes:
- Dealing with HUB and SAS to obtain and produce all relevant data in a timely manner.
- Manage MIS from Customer First to provide staff sales performance
- Management of Group reports.
- To develop and put processes in place which ensures timely and accurate generation of routine MIS
- Train and manage a team of analysts supporting the MIS Area.
- Standardize, Automate, Enhance and Disseminate ad-hoc reports and routine MIS
- Provides weekly and monthly reports
- Providing required MI for branches, area managers and segments managers on ad hoc basis
- Provide all required MI for financial planer on weekly basis as well as ad hoc.
- Update and enhance SAS database to cover all the business requirement
- Enhance data and report quality.

• Saudi.

• Bachelor/Master Degree – Computer since (Technical qualification would be added advantage).

• Minimum 1-year experience or done coop. in similar industry.

• Experience preferred in Marketing & Sales
. Experience in Database management and design
. Experience in Analysis, Team Work & Management Skills.

• Fluent of verbal and written skills in both English / Arabic.

• Willingness to learn (specifically web skills) and share the knowledge.

To contribute to the increase of SABB profitability by providing analysis of sales performance and product information.
To use existing data to analyse current status and be able to forecast & set-up initiatives accordingly.
Ensure efficiency in production of information and enhance quality of data.
