The RoleThe RoleResponsible for all aspects of information system management by ensuring all information system projects meet customer/programs and functional organizations. This includes overall responsibility for determining system requirement, design and implementation tactics required for the successful delivery of total integration service as well as department budgeting. Accountabilities: • Handle financial analysis/planning, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. • Responsible for cash flow analysis, investment performance and ad hoc projects. • Provide support for end users. • Plan, develop and direct implementation of automated systems of the unit. • Develop and submit for approval, the plans for automated systems • Responsible for the evolution and recommendation of HW & SW acquisition for the unit. • Evaluation and make appropriate recommendation for enhancement or replacement of existing automated systems. • Responsible for the generation of ad hoc reports. • Identify training needs for staff and suggest appropriate courses. |
RequirementsRequirements• Degree in Computer Science or MIS. • Knowledge of RDBMS (Relation Database Management Systems). • Knowledge of SQL programming. • Knowledge of programming in VB. • Expert knowledge in MS Office package. • Knowledge of data extraction and query tools. • Excellent verbal and written skills in English. • Using ASP.NET, ASP, C#, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Perl, PL/SQL, Visual Basic, VB.NET, & XML. • Developing web services and using Web/Application Servers. • Experience developing/using Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Manager, Macromedia Dreamweaver Ultra Dev, & Macromedia Flash. • Experience in Oracle Applications. • Has good understanding of financial statements mainly P&L and balance sheet. • Experience in developing MIS reports. |
