RequirementsRequirementsCandidate must have 10-15years of over all experience and Well Verse with Customer Service Operations. Good understanding of Retail market in regards to Mobile Number Portability Scenario. 1. Experience with MNP customer operations background in retail (face2face), call center and back office environments. 2. The candidate will be responsible to manage the MNP operations to "retain" customers on client network whilst acquiring customers from competitors by means of market leading customer service experience especially at retail touch points. 3. The candidate must be able to manage 150+ retail team. |
