Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
- Improve the TAT for execution and enhance the Relationship Managers and CCs experience in Client Coverage
- Coordinate with the RMs for all policy and procedure roll out in-country
- Responsile for liaising with CSDU Data clean up teams Data Quality Management
- Perform Service review calls
- Co-ordination of Off-boarding activities
- Custodian of data by ensuring critical information is sourced and maintained for key clients

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Roll out of Policies & Procedures:
- Socialization of approved Procedures with RM/CCM and Hub team as applicable
- Ensuring wherever applicable, country specific addendum is defined and appropriate approvals are obtained
- Oversight on the KCSA's being done by the respective hubs and/ or in-country teams
- Exceptions in policies and procedures needs to be highlighted in SRM calls and escalated to Group CSDU as appropriate

DQM (Data Quality Management):
- Liaise with RM/CCM for data clean-ups of data exceptions
- Co-ordinate with teams in hubs for the clean-up of data exceptions with the information gathered from RM/CCM teams and update Group CSDU data quality team on the status
- Represent the CC team in DMC to highlight the data quality issues for the country

Service Review Calls:
- Calendarize the SRM calls with Hub teams and send invites as appropriate to the Country Ops team
- Liaise with country ops teams to highlight issues with the hubs for discussion during the SRM calls
- Ensure KPI dashboards are obtained from Hub teams and the same is reviewed and circulated prior to SRM calls
- Conduct Service review calls, prepare the minutes and circulate to all parties

Co-ordination of Off-boarding activities:
- Coordinate GAM & FAM approval for off-boarding clients
- Coordinate client consent letter/ form for exit
- Confirmation of nil outstanding for all applicable TP's from country operations teams
- Co-ordinate with the central closure teams on closures and ensure that the process is carried out seamlessly until the client is off boarded

Other Activities:
- Co-ordinate sourcing and maintaining of critical & relevant information for key client contacts through the RM/CCM team
- Ensure the information is upto date and fit for purpose in the infrastructure provided through the Client contact management team in hubs
- Co-ordinate with CSDU team from time-to-time for CSDU data & project initiatives

- Knowledge of SCB Legal Documentation frameworks
