Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Coordination & Administration of Engineering changes across the company and developing communication plans to introduce changes.
Coaching users to effectively make changes and handle possible resistance.
Developing training plans for employees the changes will affect.
Create and maintain tracking systems throughout the change process, analysis of results to improve performance, also ensure employees are adapting to changes.

Requirements

Completion of High School education, plus a minimum 2 years Diploma technical course.
Independent, able to work under minimum supervisory.
Computer literate, familiar working with MS Office, Database and SharePoint.
Coordinate and utilize the change management system Implementation to manage the Engineering Changes process for Qatargas OPCO.
Establish and maintain an Engineering Management of Change (E-MOC) register to properly track/monitor the progress of each Change Request (CR) review and approvals. Ensure that all affected documentation is correctly updated and field work completed (if a field change) in accordance with project procedures prior to close-out of E-MOC. Track E-MOC implementation metrics. Identify gaps and develop ideas for continuous improvement of the E-MOC process.
Establish E-MOC training requirements for Qatargas OPCO personnel to ensure the process is understood by all parties involved.
