The RoleThe RoleOur client has instructed us to find an MPBN Support consultant to work with the Ericsson Local Support. Experience in Troubleshooting, Primus and SMS tools for CSR handling are required. Arabic Language will be a plus but is not essential. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe Required Candidate must have a 2 to 3 years experience with Ericsson product in Support and troubleshooting Experience with Ericsson Local Support will be a real advantage but Engineers with an Operator background and good troubleshooting skills will be under consideration for this position |
